Download the app, register, and add a payment method. If the vehicle is already nearby, simply scan the QR code located between the handlebars or enter the vehicle number in the app. The app will guide you through the next steps.

If there are no vehicles nearby, open the map in the app, select one, and tap Reserve. Walk to it and scan the QR code or manually enter the vehicle number. You’ll find it below the QR code or on the map in the app.

You can start and end your ride only within a designated parking zone. These zones are marked in blue on the app map and labeled with a P icon.

The app offers several rate options depending on the vehicle model and the region you’re in:

• Optimal 60-min rate — price varies by region
• Express 30-min rate — price varies by region
• Pay-per-minute rate — price varies by region

To guarantee payment, a security deposit is temporarily held at the start of your ride. This hold is released only after the trip is fully paid according to your selected rate. Once payment is completed, the deposit is automatically released. The funds will become available on your account as soon as your bank processes the unblocking transaction.

The app map shows the areas where riding and parking are allowed.

Stick to bike lanes and ride carefully if you’re on sidewalks. Do not enter roadways. At intersections, stop and cross on foot using pedestrian crossings.

Yes — you can rent up to 5 vehicles at the same time using a single account. To do this, start a ride on the first vehicle, then tap Add another in the app to select and unlock more.

A separate deposit will be required for each vehicle. You’ll also need to end each ride individually, including taking photos of the parked vehicle. The account holder must be physically present when each vehicle is parked.

In group rides, the account holder is fully responsible for all rented vehicles — even if someone else was riding them.

No documents needed. Registration takes just a couple of minutes.
Simply enter and confirm your email, phone number, and payment method — and you’re ready to hop into a Careta and ride!

You can park the vehicle only in designated zones marked with a blue color and a P icon on the app map.

If the vehicle isn’t exactly where the map shows, it’s likely parked at the nearest parking zone.
Sometimes the GPS coordinates may be slightly off, but the vehicle is usually within a short walking distance — look around for the P parking sign nearby.

Parking zones are marked with a P icon on the app map. To finish your ride:

1. Go to a parking zone
2. Manually lock the rear right wheel
3. Tap End Ride in the app, and it will guide you through the steps

Make sure the vehicle is parked neatly and doesn’t block pathways. The app will ask you to take photos — this confirms the lock is closed and the vehicle is in good condition.

Important: If there are no photos or the ride is ended outside a parking zone, a penalty may apply.

If you’re seeing an error when trying to link your bank card, it’s most likely due to an outdated version of iOS or Android on your phone.

Try these steps:

• Use a different phone to download the app and register again
• Or update your device to the latest software version and try again

You can reserve a vehicle for free for 5 minutes. If you don’t start your ride within that time, the reservation will expire and the vehicle will become available to other users.

To reserve:

1. Choose a vehicle on the app map
2. Tap the yellow round button, then tap Reserve
3. A countdown timer will appear showing the time left

To start the ride, you must be near the vehicle and tap Start Ride — this will unlock the vehicle and begin the trip.

To cancel a reservation, tap the X button in the vehicle card — the reservation will end.

At the start of the reservation, a security deposit (amount depends on rate and vehicle type) will be temporarily held to guarantee payment. If there are insufficient funds, reservation won’t be possible. If the reservation is canceled or expires, the deposit hold is automatically released.

You can reserve up to 5 vehicles on one account. Each requires a separate deposit, and each trip must be started and ended individually.

Turn around and head back.
Use the app map to navigate — it shows both riding zones and parking zones.

If the vehicle continues to move away from the allowed area, we may consider it an attempted theft. A patrol may be dispatched, and a fine will be issued to the user.

There’s a lever on the right side of the handlebar — that’s the brake.
Pulling the lever locks the rear wheels and slows the vehicle down.

It depends on the model:

Two-seater Careta (2 pedals):
Seats 2 adults on the main bench and 2 children (up to 25 kg each) in the front child seats.

Four-seater Careta (4 pedals):
Seats 4 adults on the main benches and 2 children (up to 25 kg each) in the front child seats.
